Do not wear 100% cotton materials. It may sound comfortable but cotton; when you start sweating will absorb the sweat and will stick to you. It can cause skin irritations. Once the fabric starts to smell foul, it is better to avoid them. You can buy cotton wear which is lightweight and are easy to dry. Never wear worn-out footwear to the gym. If you wear worn-out shoes, you are damaging your feet. Worn-out shoes can create ligament issues and also issues as plantar fasciitis. Once you feel like the life of your shoes is over, it better to buy a new one.

If you feel uncomfortable, then you will not be able to concentrate on the workout you do. Sports bras are used to give support to the breast when you do exercises. The breast is supported by tissues and ligaments. So when you buy a sports bra, you need to make sure that you have got the right size. If you are not getting comfort from the sports bra, you need to check for the correct bands and straps. Never wear an uncomfortable bra and exercise as it will end up in damaging the tissues and ligaments.

When you go to the gym try to avoid wearing any jewellery or any tight attire, as you will not feel free while doing exercise. Your mind and body should feel free while doing a workout so that you can get the benefit from exercising.
