Yesterday saw the birthday of some of our favourite bloggers!
The gorgeous FourFits and Mission Worldie hooked up to celebrate both blogs reaching the 1 year milestone.
With an awesome Brick Lane venue over 3 floors, the girls invited London's blog elite to join in some extra sweaty classes, hear nutrition talks, try out some tasty grub and of course shop up a storm with us!

Last Thursday saw us launch at one of the most unique gyms in London.
Slice fitness is not just a gym but instead houses some of the coolest classes, a delicious juice bar and daytime creche, meaning that fitness mamas can get their fix too!
We held an exclusive Rebound class, for those that haven't tried it, this cardio class brings back all your PE memories in the best way!
We then got to sample the new Glo bar protein breakfast smoothies. The two new flavours are delicious and give a real kickstart to the day.

We love to do things differently so for our newest design we teamed up with the epic Fashercise to launch with them exclusively !

To celebrate is style we invited the great and good of the health and fitness world to join us for an extra special ladies only Boom Cycle class.
Boom babe and blogger Bangs led the 45min class and we followed this up with wine, alcohol free refreshments and goodybags, plus plenty of trying on and selfies!

Last night we welcomed Anja founder of Yogaembodied and teacher at Mummy Workouts to realign us body and soul in the hub!
After a few hectic nights of cardio we took it back to basics with a beautiful yoga class Anja tailored specifically to our all female session.
After centring our beings in a flexible manner the girls tried out the latest smoothie flavour from ethical brand Bananaberry who will also being doing tasters at tomorrows Sculpt and Tone!
Last night the Old Street area barred it's doors and locked it's boys away. But it wasn't due to the chilly January weather, nope our ladies were out in force!
